Fortunately, it remains a human endeavor. My art is lovingly processed onto canvas, stretched on frames, or printed onto plexiglass.
And sometimes. Yes, sometimes. A mistake is made. A tear, a print line, an empty print head, a crooked frame. Something can go wrong. OR the delivery people had a fun day and were playing frisbee with the art.
Fortunately, you are insured for damage or production errors. In that case, you do the following:
1. take photos of the damage or error
2. if the damage is due to delivery, also take a photo of the shipping label
3. send this to info@hansbreuker.com
4. you will receive a new artwork!
