Amsterdam and Ajax art

Why Ajax?

Ajax is the inventor of beautiful and stylish football. The Sons of the Gods still capture the hearts of many football fans around the world. Ajax's history is rich with prominent figures, the most elegant footballers, and cultural heroes who make the world a better place.

As an Ajax fan, I love to create art with the white and red shirts. You see the shirt and the magic is there. Memories of the good and bad years. As an eighties kid, I experienced the glory years under Van Gaal and went with my father to De Meer and the Olympic Stadium.

Later, I mostly watched with friends in living rooms, cafes, and sometimes the Arena. Nowadays, mostly on the couch and in the cafe. Ajax is a constant in my life. And the older I get, the more I follow it. Watching a match is one of the few things I can do without constantly looking at my phone.

What is Ajax art?

Ajax Amsterdam art is made with love. My creativity borders on the maniacal. Imagine wanting someone in your bed so badly that you get an almost animalistic greed. That's the feeling I have every day, but for making things! And I can express everything in the Ajax collection.

The red stripe in the middle of the chest is super recognizable and makes everything beautiful.

Ajax street art

The street art vibe fits well with Ajax of the 80s and 90s. Nowadays, footballers are all models, and it's all quite neat. But we fans love the Amsterdam edge (even if no one can afford to live in Amsterdam...).

Ajax graffiti art

I'm from Amstelveen myself, so I won't brag about being 'from the streets'. But I also can't say I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I was outdoors a lot, and later when I did a lot of graffiti, I saw quite a few streets.

Ajax swagger

Ajax connects young and old, poor and rich, and all colors. The Amsterdam swagger, the bluff, and the beauty. The youngsters who work their way up to the first team and conquer the world. It's a celebration every year, even when things aren't going so well.

Ajax Amsterdam Bad Boys

Ajax ís art. The shirt and the logo are what makes you happy as a fan. The most important sideline in life is football. For me, it's football, art, and hip-hop (after my family).

On my site, you'll find Ajax fan art for young and old, and also for rich and poor. The plexiglass prints are amazing and turn any interior into a true palace. But the small posters and framed pieces also brighten up any space.

Whether you like Ajax head art á la Herman Brood, the cartoons we grew up with, or Selwyn Senatori. Ajax art is a great addition to any interior.

Ajax art by Hans Breuker can also be personalized. A name of the birthday boy/girl, jubilee, or departing colleague can be incorporated into any design.

All possible variations are conceivable.

We are Ajax. We are the best.

PS Many of my original Ajax artworks can no longer be sold at the insistence of Ajax. The Amsterdam collection has taken its place.

Amsterdam

I have now created a new Amsterdam art collection with limited edition art. With my personal football club, Amsterdam Football.

Ajax art Hans Breuker.

Many of you want to know where my Ajax art is.

Here's the thing: I've always loved Ajax. The club is more than the people who work there or the players who are currently playing. It's difficult for non-football-minded people to explain what club love is. Strangely enough, my love for football grew as I got older.

And that is also reflected in my art. I had created a very nice Ajax collection and sold it in limited editions (just like my other art).

Until my great love dealt me a severe blow.

Trademark infringement, and they consider my art merchandising. Such a shame!

Of course, I don't agree. But oh well. Contesting it is another matter. If you lose in court, you pay all legal costs plus the lawsuit itself. Plus, of course, your own lawyer's fees. Well. Try coughing that up.

I only sold Ajax products because I don't want to be too commercial. But who am I kidding?! Even with my own club, it's all about money. Perhaps I will also touch upon other cities.

Anyway:

Because many ask about what is no longer available in the webshop. And I don't have all day to talk about this.
