I draw my inspiration from my childhood filled with Super Nintendo, SEGA, comic books, and cartoons. I mix it with my fascination with advertising and pop culture imagery. Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and Roy Liechtenstein, of course, are my ultimate examples in the art world. But currently, I also draw inspiration from graffiti and Instagram. Mr. CA$H is, of course, slightly ironic because of the mash-up of existing 'art' elements and my view of the art world. The ultimate irony of art is that it is a personal expression, but always has a certain monetary value attached to it. Hence Mr. CA$H ironically addresses the hysterical prices of some works of art and his own price.
